These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and BK888 ("BK888", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the BK888 online gambling platform available at https://bk888.asia (the "Platform"), including all associated services, games, betting markets, payment processing, customer support, and promotional activities.

By registering an account, depositing funds, accessing any game or betting market, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. To register an account on BK888 and use any of its services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or proxy for any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, or close associate of BK888 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You do not have an existing active or suspended BK888 account. Only one account per person, household, IP address, payment method, and device is permitted.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion programme in relation to the BK888 Platform.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

When registering an Account on BK888, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number.
• Keep your registration information current and promptly update any details that change.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your Account.
• Notify BK888 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• Not share your Account credentials with any other person or allow any other person to access or use your Account.

BK888 reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any Account registration at its sole discretion, including where it has reasonable grounds to suspect that the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 have not been met.

BK888 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods including, but not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and USDT TRC20. Availability of specific methods may vary.

The following conditions apply to all deposits made to BK888:

• All funds deposited must originate from a payment source that belongs to and is registered in the name of the Account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum deposit amount is RM30, unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method.
• BK888 does not charge processing fees for standard deposits. However, network fees may apply for cryptocurrency transactions.
• Deposits made to BK888 are for gambling purposes only and may not be recovered simply because you choose not to gamble with them, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
• BK888 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before crediting a deposit or processing a withdrawal.

BK888 is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly. The following terms apply to all withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed once KYC verification has been successfully completed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the BK888 Account.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be fully met before withdrawal of bonus-derived winings is permitted.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50, unless otherwise specified.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank) are typically processed within a few hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals (USDT TRC20) are subject to blockchain confirmation times, generally15 to 60 minutes.
• BK888 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to request additional documentation for large withdrawal requests as part of its AML and KYC obligations.
• BK888 does not accept responsibility for delays caused by payment processors, banks, or network congestion outside its control.

BK888 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, cashback programmes, VIP rewards, and other promotional incentives. The following general terms apply to all promotions:

• Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be stated in the promotional material. In the event of conflict, specific promotion terms take precedence over these general Terms.
• Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational play. Bonus abuse — including strategies designed to exploit wagering requirements without genuine engagement — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the BK888 Platform:

• All bets and game rounds are final once confirmed. BK888 is not liable for bets placed in error by the User.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round or bet settlement, BK888 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the User's account.
• Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of bet placement and confirmation are the odds that apply.

• In the event of manifest pricing errors (where odds are clearly incorrect due to a technical error), BK888 reserves the right to void the affected bet. This includes situations where advantage has been taken of an obvious error in odds.
• BK888 does not accept liability for losses arising from reliance on odds, statistics, or match information displayed on the Platform where such information is sourced from third parties.
• Maximum bet and maximum payout limits apply across all markets and games. These limits are specified within the respective game or betting section.

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on or in connection with the BK888 Platform:

• Registering more than one account, whether directly or through a third party.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information at registration or any point thereafter.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or any activity that constitutes a criminal offence.
• Coluding with other players in card games, poker, or other multiplayer games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to access, interact with, or exploit the Platform or its games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account or to BK888's internal systems.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any conduct that undermines the integrity of a sporting event on which bets are offered.
• Using the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is illegal.

All content on the BK888 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and game content (collectively "Content"), is the property of BK888 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

BK888 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its Content solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform, its Content, or any service provided through the Platform for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of BK888.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BK888 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any other economic loss, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise.
• Interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the Platform, games, or betting markets, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or events beyond BK888's reasonable control.
• Errors in odds, game results, or statistical information where such errors originate from third-party data providers.
• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or maintain the security of your account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit BK888's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

BK888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and for any of the following reasons, without prior notice where urgency requires:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Underage gambling — where BK888 has grounds to believe the User is under 21.
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months, subject to applicable regulations.
• User request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
